absoluteley appalling stay. no 2 beds downstairs for my handicapped bf, and one upstairs, really? i expected a room upgrade at least, but alas, we received nothing. this is not what i call customer service! never going back here! the frustration was monumental, and i almost thought about leaving a good review, but i just couldn’t.

the second room i got had a broken tv and no security latch. but the updated rooms were superb and clean. the staff was friendly and there's a nice neighborhood around the motel. finally, the location was good and quiet.

i had a pleasant stay at motel 6 riverton wy. the staff was super helpful, moving us to a room with a fridge and microwave right away. the location is close to everything downtown, making it easy to explore. the fast wifi was a nice bonus during my week there.
